Job Details

  • Positions: Dealer / Croupier – Male & Female | Dealer Inspector – Male & Female
  • Location: Casino inside a hotel, Tirana, Albania
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day | 6 days per week
  • Salary: €800 per month | Accommodation and meals provided
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities
1. Dealer / Croupier Responsibilities:
  • Operate casino games professionally and fairly
  • Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, manage bets, and calculate payouts
  • Ensure games follow all established casino rules and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly table atmosphere
  • Assist with table preparation and closing procedures
  • Report any irregularities to supervisors
  • Support colleagues when needed
2. Dealer Inspector Responsibilities:
  • Supervise gaming tables to ensure fair and professional gameplay
  • Monitor dealer performance and game accuracy
  • Resolve player disputes and ensure high customer service standards
  • Verify that all games comply with rules and casino regulations
  • Oversee use of casino gaming equipment (cards, chips, roulette wheel, etc.)
  • Monitor surveillance systems (if applicable)
  • Report irregularities and support team operations
Important Notes:
  • Candidates must be ready for immediate interviews
  • Experience in casinos is preferred
  • Must have a professional attitude and strong communication skills
