Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and fix issues related to air conditioning units, wiring, and piping.
- Inspect and troubleshoot MEP systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Replace faulty components and ensure all systems meet safety standards.
- Read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and blueprints accurately.
- Maintain tools and work areas in clean, safe, and working condition.
- Report maintenance activities and issues promptly to supervisors.
