We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruiter to join our HR team.
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring we attract and secure high-quality talent across the organisation.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Talent Acquisition · Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
· Draft and publish job descriptions and advertisements across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.
· Source candidates through direct outreach, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.
Candidate Management · Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
· Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Maintain clear and timely communication with all applicants.
Recruitment Administration · Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
· Prepare offer documentation and support contract preparation in collaboration with HR.
· Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline.
