As a Specialist Cardiac Surgeon, you will perform complex surgical procedures, leverage advanced technologies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team aiming for the highest standards in cardiac health.

Key Responsibilities Conduct surgical procedures on patients with various cardiac conditions, including but not limited to, coronary bypass surgery, heart valve repair, and transplant surgeries.
Evaluate patients to determine appropriate treatment plans and surgical pathways.
Engage with cardiologists, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
Monitor and manage post-operative recovery, addressing any complications or concerns.
Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, and post-surgical requirements.
Stay abreast of advancements in cardiac surgery and contribute to clinical research and education initiatives within the institution.

D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school, with a focus on Cardiac Surgery.
Board certification in Cardiac Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in complex cardiac surgical procedures within a reputable healthcare facility.
Strong knowledge of current cardiac health practices, technologies, and surgical techniques.
Exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork and patient interaction.
A proactive approach to patient care with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
