We are currently seeking an experienced Application Engineer to support our sales and project teams with technical expertise and solution design. This position will be based in Dubai and move to our new facility in DIC later this year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sales and post-sales stages
- Prepare technical proposals, sizing and application solutions for power generation projects
- Review customer specifications and recommend suitable equipment and configurations
- Create technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers
- Liaise with principals, suppliers and internal teams to ensure technical compliance
- Support project execution with technical documentation and clarifications
- Assist with troubleshooting and performance optimization when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years experience in power generation, diesel/gas engines, generators or energy solutions
- Strong understanding of application engineering, load analysis and system integration
- Experience supporting sales or projects in a technical capacity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- UAE market experience
- Valid UAE driving license
