About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Agent - Global Contact Centre to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Represent the Jumeirah brand, demonstrate all Hallmarks, and promote business values in every interaction.
  • Promote all Jumeirah properties and services, upsell when suitable, and support revenue goals while meeting targets for revenue, quality, customer service, and productivity.
  • Meet required standards for external reservation audits, handle customer and partner queries across all channels within agreed response times, and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Stay updated on required information and training, drive progress on Individual Performance Objectives, and ensure reservation quality requirements are met.
  • Manage reservation tasks such as filing, complaint handling, and daily report updates, and complete payment requests while following company payment policies. 
  • Support team operations by taking on reasonable tasks that help maintain smooth and efficient workflow.


About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  • Solid room reservations experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Fluent in English and an additional language (Russian, Arabic or European languages are desired). 
  • Confident with PMS systems such as Opera Cloud, MS Office, omni-channel platforms, and general reservation software. 
  • Communication skills across email and telephone, strong teamwork, and flexibility with changing business needs.
