We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Talentspoc.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and managing the daily operations of our front office.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, processing insurance information, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow in the office.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance.
Collect and verify patient insurance information and process necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Assist with billing and payment processing as required.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic health records, and office software.
