Job Details

Location: UAE Experience: 5+ Years We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong domain knowledge in General Insurance systems .
The ideal candidate should have experience working with insurance core platforms, preferably Premia , and should be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse general insurance business requirements .
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications .
Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of insurance core systems (Premia preferred) .
Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and solution design .
Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper system configuration and customization .
Participate in system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution .
Ensure solutions align with insurance business processes, underwriting, policy administration, and claims management .
Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, and functional specifications .
Provide support during system upgrades, integrations, and production deployments .
Required Skills Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant in the General Insurance domain .
Hands-on experience with insurance core systems (Premia preferred) .
Strong understanding of policy administration, underwriting, claims, and insurance workflows .
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management .
Knowledge of SQL, system integrations, and APIs is an advantage.
Experience working in Agile or similar development environments .
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Premia Insurance Platform .
Exposure to banking or financial services organizations .
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
