- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities within approved budget and timeline.
- Experience working in Substation Projects is a must
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare baseline project schedule using Primavera P6.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Define activity sequencing, logic links, and relationships.
- Assign activity durations, resources, and cost loading.
- Identify critical path and milestone dates.
- Update and maintain project schedule on a weekly/monthly basis.
Progress Monitoring & Control
- Track site progress and compare with baseline schedule.
- Conduct delay analysis and identify slippages.
- Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
- Monitor critical activities and resource allocation.
- Analyze float consumption and schedule risks.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Generate S-curves (planned vs actual progress).
- Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week).
- Submit progress dashboards and KPI reports to management.
- Maintain schedule revisions and change records.
