Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Wahj Event Technologies at Avolight, based in Sharjah with some work-from-home flexibility. The candidate will oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of event technology solutions including lighting and audio systems. Responsibilities also include collaborating with event planners to develop and execute technology needs, managing event schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring seamless technology integration for live events and productions.
Qualifications Proficiency in Event Technology and Event Management Experience in Event Planning and coordinating technical needs with clients and teams Comprehensive knowledge of Lighting technology and applications Skills in Audio Engineering, including sound systems setup and troubleshooting Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Flexibility to adapt to work schedules based on project needs Relevant training or certifications in event technology, AV systems, or a related field are an advantage
