Manage HR administration including onboarding, employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and offboarding.
Coordinate employee visa processing, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and payroll documentation.
Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.
Handle company trade license renewals and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate submissions and documentation with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA/Immigration, Dubai Municipality, DHA where applicable).
Support renewal and maintenance of drugstore / medical device related licenses and approvals.
Maintain HR and company documentation, employee files, and regulatory records.
Support general office administration, vendor coordination, and internal administrative processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years HR/Admin experience in UAE, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
Good knowledge of: UAE Labour Law Visa and immigration procedures Trade license renewal processes Medical device / drugstore regulatory requirements (preferred)
