The role focuses on leveraging an extensive corporate network, market knowledge, and a results-driven approach to secure high-value events, brand activations, and collaborations for both venues, positioning them as the premier choice for corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
Duties & Responsibilities: Drive business development through proactive outreach to corporate clients, brand managers, and decision-makers. Utilize and expand an existing corporate network to generate high value leads and collaborations. Pitch Ilios & Nalu as premier venues for corporate events, brand activations, and strategic partnerships. Develop and execute strategies to secure new corporate accounts and maintain long-term client relationships. Track, report, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date with Abu Dhabi market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Experience & Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Strategic thinking with market awareness and competitor insights. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen Minimum 5 years of proven corporate sales or business development experience, preferably in hospitality, events, or brand activations. Strong network of corporate contacts, brand managers, and decision-makers in Abu Dhabi. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience in cold outreach, pitching, and closing corporate deals.
