We are looking for a visionary leader to curate and manage high-quality, meaningful experiences that move beyond standard entertainment to nurture creativity, confidence, and emotional growth in a calm and joyful setting.
Key Responsibilities Program Design & Innovation: Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of all workshops, seasonal programs, and daily play experiences aligned with the brand’s developmental philosophy.
Operational Leadership: Manage the programming calendar, ensuring seamless coordination between the floor, events, and administrative teams.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and elevate the standard of guest engagement, ensuring every interaction supports emotional regulation and respectful communication.
Financial Oversight: Track the performance of all programming, workshops, and birthday packages, managing budgets and identifying revenue-growth opportunities.
Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of play facilitators, fostering a culture of professional excellence and deep empathy.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for parents, providing insights into the "why" behind our programming and building a loyal community.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards across all activity zones.
Salary: AED 15,000 per month (Tax-Free).
Travel: Annual flight ticket to home country.

Experience: 3–5 years of leadership experience designing high-quality children’s programs, ideally within premium education, creative arts, or wellness-focused hospitality.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
HR Best Practice: Current Safeguarding and Child Protection certification (Level 2 or higher) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in event management systems (e.
g., SevenRooms/Seven Tables) and Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both children and high-net-worth parents with sophistication and warmth.
Certifications: Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends and holidays to support peak family visiting hours.
