Design Coordinator – Retail Fit-Out (Major Shopping Mall) Working on the main contractor side of a major shopping mall fit-out—where design meets delivery, and details matter.
It’s not just about drawings. It’s about making sure what’s designed can actually be built—on time, on budget, and without slowing the job down.
Managing multiple retail units, different stakeholders, tight programmes… coordination is everything.
This company are making headway throughout the UAE, with this opportunity being based on an Iconic Shopping Mall in Dubai.
Day-to-day:
- Driving design information across packages
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and client teams
- Resolving clashes before they become site problems
- Keeping design aligned with programme and buildability
In a fast-moving retail environment, there’s no room for confusion—clear communication and quick decisions make the difference.
Your design can look great on paper… but if it doesn’t work on site, it doesn’t work.
Experience Required
- Previous Main Contractor Experience
- UAE Experience
- Good technical and commercial acumen
- Previous major Project Experience
