We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Computer & Networking Technician to manage and support IT systems at client locations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with a professional attitude, good communication skills, and customer-friendly behavior.
????️ Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
- Maintain and support servers and network infrastructure
- Configure and manage networking devices (routers, switches, access points)
- Handle firewall configuration and basic network security
- Diagnose and resolve system, network, and connectivity issues
- Provide on-site technical support to clients
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting

- Degree Qualified
- Good knowledge of: English / Hindi / Arabic
- Computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Servers and basic administration
- Networking devices and configurations
- Firewall setup and management
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Neatly dressed, well-presented, and polite in communication
- Ability to interact professionally with clients
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
