SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist Hematologist to join the private sector healthcare team.
This role offers the opportunity to provide expert hematological care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, delivering personalized diagnosis and treatment for a variety of blood disorders.
As a Specialist Hematologist in the private sector, you will manage complex cases involving anemia, coagulation disorders, malignancies, and other hematological conditions.
You will work closely with patients to design tailored treatment protocols while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed patient assessments, including history taking and physical examination focused on hematological health.
Order and interpret specialized hematological tests, including blood counts, bone marrow biopsies, and coagulation profiles.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with current clinical guidelines and patient needs.
Manage ongoing patient care, monitor treatment response, and adjust therapies as necessary.
