Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor support tickets, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution of user incidents.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues and handle necessary escalations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, actions taken, and solutions provided.
• Oversee inventory and lifecycle management of IT workplace assets including laptops, desktops, AVDS, printers, and peripherals.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper IT setup, access provisioning, and equipment management.
Skills
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in workplace IT support or service desk operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management, ticketing systems, and organizational IT policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between users and technical teams effectively.
