JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Construction Workers (Helpers) for construction projects in Germany, mainly in the Bavaria region including Munich and nearby suburbs. The selected candidates will assist skilled workers at construction sites by preparing materials, handling equipment, and supporting daily construction activities. This role requires physical strength, discipline, and the ability to work in outdoor construction environments while maintaining safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist skilled workers at construction sites
Prepare construction materials and tools for daily work
Carry and move construction materials when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
Support construction teams with general labor tasks
Follow workplace safety procedures and guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
Physically fit for construction work
Responsible and disciplined work attitude
Ability to work in outdoor construction environments
Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures
Language knowledge not required
