We are seeking a  Senior Technology Engineer – DevOps  with strong expertise in  Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)  and  Platform as a Service (PaaS) .
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly collaborative, and passionate about building scalable, secure, and automated systems in a  regulated environment (Banking/FinTech) .
This role requires someone who enjoys  experimenting, solving complex problems (not just implementing solutions), and continuously learning new technologies .
Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain  automated CI/CD pipelines  for microservices-based architectures Implement  build and deployment pipelines  using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD Develop and manage  Helm-based deployment pipelines  for Kubernetes environments Automate  security and regulatory compliance checks  across CI/CD workflows Perform  automated patching and infrastructure updates Work with  containerization (Docker)  and orchestration platforms such as  Kubernetes/OpenShift Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an  Agile environment Provide  production support (on a rotational basis) Maintain and enhance  source control practices (Git) Write and maintain scripts using  Groovy, Shell, and Python (preferred) Required Skills & Experience Core DevOps Expertise Strong experience in  CI/CD pipeline automation  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) Hands-on experience with  microservices architecture and deployments Proficiency in  Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift Experience in  Helm chart development and deployment pipelines Programming & Scripting Working knowledge of  Python (preferred) Strong scripting skills using  Groovy and Shell scripting Systems & Infrastructure Strong experience with  Linux OS and administration Experience in  Infrastructure Automation & Patching Version Control Proficient in  Git-based source control systems Additional Knowledge Good understanding of  network fundamentals Familiarity with  security engineering practices and tools Experience in  regulated environments  (Banking, FinTech, or similar industries) Nice to Have Exposure to  public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience working on  Machine Learning (ML) projects or pipelines Soft Skills Strong  collaboration and communication skills Passion for  continuous learning and experimentation Ability to  analyze and solve complex engineering problems Proactive and ownership-driven mindset Domain Preference Banking sector (Highly Preferred) FinTech Any  highly regulated industry
