Assist in Identifying opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and supplier optimization within IT & Telecom Cluster domain or other designated categories. Design tender documents, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), scope of work, and evaluation criteria, ensuring clarity, fairness, and compliance with procurement regulations. Plan and launch tenders to IT & Telecom Cluster, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and managing bidder communications. Manage the evaluation of bids for IT & Telecom Cluster contracts or other designated categories, applying predetermined evaluation criteria and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage contract negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization Manage procurement data related to IT & Telecom Cluster categories or other designated categories, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations. Utilize data analytics tools to analyze procurement trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including category teams, government entities, and outsourced service providers, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT & Telecom Cluster procurement matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders as needed
