Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Business Sales Manager. The position involves leading and managing a sales team, formulating and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The Business Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, engage with customers to build strong relationships, ensure exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Business Management and Sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth and ensure operational effectiveness. Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends and creating strategic business plans. Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication for building and maintaining client relationships. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the interior design, construction, or real estate sectors is an added advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management systems is beneficial.
