We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join private sector dental practice.
In this role, you will provide exceptional dental care, focusing on patient satisfaction and high-quality treatment within a private practice environment.
About the Role As a General Dentist working in the private sector, you will diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, perform routine and advanced dental procedures, and prioritize patient comfort and personalized care.
You will guide patients through preventive care and treatment plans, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental diseases and conditions in a private practice setting Perform routine and complex dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and preferences Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive measures, and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with dental team members to enhance patient care quality and practice efficiency Stay current with advancements in dentistry and private practice management Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction Experience in a private dental practice or similar environment preferred Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, including restorative and cosmetic treatments Excellent communication and patient management skills Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of clinical care Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently while maintaining patient satisfaction Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
