Coordinate with offshore team to ensure timely delivery as per the SLA and ensuring effective review, quality control and performance management. Lead and manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance, including preparation, review, and filing of Corporate Tax returns. Provide day-to-day tax advisory support on routine business transactions and operational matters. Review monthly and quarterly tax computations in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations. Review current tax and deferred tax, including tax provisions and disclosures. Monitor updates in UAE Corporate Tax laws, regulations, and guidelines and assess their impact on the business. Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business leadership of the client to ensure timely flow of information, ensure smooth operations and timely feedback Discuss and present various deliverables with various stake holders of the client. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax reporting and compliance. Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the client’s tax processes. Strong client-handling experience is required.
Required Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Tax, Tax Litigation and Tax Advisory Candidates with Tax agent qualification and UAE experience with Leading accounting firm / leading tax advisory firms will be preferred Industry Offshoring & Consulting Employment Type Full-time
