Excellent in Time Management Minimum yearsâ€™ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365/CRM 2013/2015/2016), including 2+ years in a technical lead or architect role. Proven track record in delivering complex CRM implementations and integrations. Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, plugin development, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong knowledge of Azure services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies. Proficiency in C#, . NET Core, Java Script, Type Script, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Dev Ops tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities. Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, MB-600, MB-400 or equivalent are highly desirable
