Receive, inspect, and maintain stock records Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of materials Issue materials and track stock movement Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies Prepare purchase requests/orders and coordinate with suppliers Prepare invoices and maintain billing records Handle administrative tasks and maintain office documents Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Monitor and manage office supplies

Requirements

BSc in Chemistry is an advantage Familiarity with MSDS, hazardous material handling, and safety protocols2–3 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment Experience in storekeeping and administrative roles Basic knowledge of purchasing and invoicing processes Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Ability to multitask and work efficiently
