We are looking for a results-driven Freelance HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. You will focus on sourcing quality talent, streamlining onboarding, and ensuring a smooth remote employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals.

  • Onboarding: Manage digital documentation and the virtual induction process for new joins.

  • HR Admin: Update employee records and track recruitment metrics using Google Sheets/ATS.

  • Policy Support: Assist in drafting simple remote-work guidelines and performance goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter For BPO Industries.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Zoom/Slack.

  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
