Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct and execute analytical, quantitative, and qualitative research and studies

  • Analyze data and survey results to support decision-making

  • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations

  • Contribute to the development of institutional policies and procedures

  • Develop research and operational plans

  • Prepare agreements and MoUs

  • Ensure effectiveness of legislative frameworks related to the field.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, economics, or a related discipline, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in research and consulting, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proven experience in managing research projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistical software packages such as SPSS, R, or SAS, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques.
