Kinetic is working with a leading Multinational company who are hiring a HR Business Partner to be based in Ras al Khaimah.
Please note that due to Emiratisation, only EMIRATI NATIONALS will be considered.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring the implementation of and compliance to HR processes, local programs and policies in market as aligned with business leaders
- Providing support to business leaders across sectors, focusing on employee engagement, local talent development and coaching
- Ensuring compliance with labour regulations within the UAE
- Creating cultural discipline, developing diverse workforce plan, and developing country talent strategy and Emiratisation to grow diverse talent; Improving the culture, talent and capabilities of the employees in the UAE
- Managing headcount and planning workforce to optimize efficiency; providing advice on performance-related issues
- Ensuring effective performance & development management support are provided
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant area; Masters Degree would be preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as HR Generalist; 3 years as HR Business Partner
- Strategic business orientation, strong analytical thinking and personal resilience
- Coaching & consulting skills; strong collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written English & Arabic skills
