Job Description

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Freelance Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. This is a part time-based role ideal for someone who can work independently and deliver measurable results across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create posts (images, videos, captions)

• Schedule and publish content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn

•   Stay updated with latest trends and recommend improvements

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style

• Promoting events and seasonal campaigns

• Managing multiple stores/brands under one account

• Working with influencers and media

• Plan monthly content calendars

• Align posts with marketing campaigns, promotions, or events

• Reply to comments and messages

• Engage with followers (likes, replies, polls, etc.)

• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally

• Track performance (reach, engagement, followers)

• Run ads on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager

• Coordinate with influencers or partners

• Shoot and edit videos (Reels, TikTok)

• Design basic graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop

• Handle Google Reviews and rating, Managing website activities.

Skills

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar freelance role
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns/content
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with analytics tools and scheduling platforms
• Basic design/video editing skills are a plus
