Roles & responsibilities
- Measure clients and interpret design specifications accurately.
- Cut, stitch, and assemble uniforms based on patterns and requirements.
- Ensure proper fitting and finishing of garments
- Handle industrial uniforms, coveralls, polo shirts, and corporate wear
- Operate sewing machines and tailoring equipment efficiently
- Maintain high-quality stitching and finishing standards
- Work closely with design and production teams
- Repair and alter uniforms when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Salary will be discussed upon agreement on interview.
Skills
Desired candidate profile
Minimum 2 years experience as a tailor (uniform industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, and garment finishing
Experience in industrial and corporate uniforms is an advantage
Ability to read and understand patterns and measurements
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work under deadlines and handle bulk orders
Team player with good communication skills
