Shabab Al Yola is hiring a Master Tailor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We have been the UAE's trusted destination for premium Kandoras, Thobes, and Bishts since 2009, serving individual customers, corporate clients, and government bodies across the UAE and GCC. We are looking for a skilled artisan who takes pride in their craft and is ready to be part of a growing, respected brand. In this role you will take precise body measurements and consult with customers on fabric, cut, and fit. You will cut, sew, and finish garments to exact specifications, carry out fittings, and make alterations until every piece meets the customer's full satisfaction. You will also handle custom embroidery and detailing, support bulk and corporate orders, and keep your workstation and materials organised at all times. Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience tailoring traditional Emirati or Gulf menswear. You should have strong skills in stitching, machine sewing, and finishing, with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for quality. The ability to read and adjust patterns accurately is essential. Good communication skills are required. Experience working with premium or luxury fabrics is highly preferred.
