Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Corporate Services Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Corporate Services Manager will oversee daily corporate services, manage administrative functions, streamline operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Key responsibilities include coordinating office operations, supervising support teams, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to budget planning and resource allocation. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in vendor management, resource planning, and operational efficiency improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and interpersonal communication. Analytical mindset with experience in managing budgets and driving cost-effective solutions. Familiarity with compliance and corporate policy adherence. Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on creating an inclusive work culture. Proficient in relevant office software and technology tools to streamline administrative processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.
