Job Description:Deliver on-site service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Oversee daily IT operations and assist with hardware and software installations. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Maintain and support WAN/LAN connectivity, including attendance and access systems. Perform regular system backups and ensure robust data security. Enforce IT policies and monitor network activities to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Experience with WAN/LAN connectivity, attendance/access systems, and system backups. Familiarity with IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and data protection. Proficiency in using IT tools, diagnostic software, and office productivity applications. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and provide on-site support when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Availability to work on-site across the listed governorates.(Preferred) CCNA certification.
