Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and operate a community management platform for a large residential resort community
Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate system
Maintain accurate database of Units / villas / hotel/ commercial
Owners and tenants
Generate service charge invoices and track collections
Manage service requests and work orders
Monitor system workflows and ensure proper process flow
Issue notices and communicate with owners through the system
Generate financial and operational reports
Attend training and train internal team
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Property Management / Community Management / Real Estate
Hands-on experience with Property management systems (e.g., ISKAAN, Mollak, Yardi, SAP, etc.)
Experience in Service charge billing and Receivables / collections tracking
Good understanding of Facility management operations
Key Skills
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
Good system handling and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple workflows
Strong communication skills
