Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager- Engineering with a strong background in architecture/engineering, project supervision, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day office operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet client goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This is a senior leadership role, requiring both operational management and project execution


  • Manage office operations and resources to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, consultants).

  • Oversee design and supervision of large-scale projects, including mixed-use.

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and government authorities.

  • Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, specifications, and bid evaluations.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.

  • Implement best practices, innovative systems, and procedures for improved efficiency.

  • Stay updated with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage).

  • Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in the construction/consultancy sector, including 4+ years in a senior management or office leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in project supervision, office management, and team leadership.

  • Strong portfolio in mixed-use projects.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (10+ years); Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in Arabic (required) and proficiency in English.

  • Valid UAE Driving License (required);

  • SOE membership preferred.
