A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a product specialist for their Dubai office.

Main responsibilities
- Define a strategic plan to achieve sales revenue, objective, and target for surgical products.
- Improve product marketability, profitability, and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Manage and build long-term professional customer relationships.
- Deal with customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Provide customers and healthcare professionals with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations.
- Identify areas of improvement by monitoring and analysing sales data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional, sales, and educational material.
- Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences and represent the company and products effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and monitor competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, laboratory sciences, or similar.
- Proven sales experience in IVD within the UAE.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the UAE.
- Driver’s license and personal car required.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Well-versed with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
