PulseHire HR is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Visceral & Gastrointestinal Surgery Consultant to join a leading healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi.
We specialize in connecting highly skilled medical professionals with top healthcare providers across the Gulf region, ensuring a smooth and supportive recruitment process including assistance with licensing and credentialing.
In this role, you will diagnose and surgically treat diseases involving the visceral organs and gastrointestinal tract, delivering expert care in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced surgeon dedicated to advancing patient outcomes and contributing to innovative surgical practices.
Key Responsibilities Perform complex surgical interventions on the visceral organs and gastrointestinal tract, including elective and emergency procedures.
Evaluate patients through clinical assessments, imaging, and diagnostic tests to formulate effective surgical plans.
Collaborate with gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Manage pre-operative preparation, surgical procedures, and post-operative follow-up care.
Provide detailed patient consultations, explaining surgical options, risks, and expected outcomes.
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and surgical records.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in visceral and gastrointestinal surgical techniques and apply best practices in patient care.
Medical Insurance Annual Airtickets Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree with specialization in Visceral and Gastrointestinal Surgery from a recognized institution.
Board certification in General Surgery and subspecialty certification or equivalent experience in Visceral and Gastrointestinal Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE or eligibility to obtain one.
Extensive experience performing advanced visceral and gastrointestinal surgical procedures.
Strong knowledge of abdominal anatomy, gastrointestinal diseases, and surgical management protocols.
Excellent communication, patient management, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting.
