Roles & Responsibilities
Define and lead the social media strategy across Middle East markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and wider GCC)
Identify market-specific opportunities and tailor approaches by region
Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand positioning across platforms
Develop content frameworks and oversee execution, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines
Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements
Collaborate closely with the UK-based team to align on campaigns and broader brand direction
Stay ahead of regional trends, competitors, and platform developments
Support influencer and partnership strategies where relevant
Desired Candidate Profile
6–10+ years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar roles
Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence on social media, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
Strong experience working across multiple Middle East markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to develop strategy from the ground up, not just execute content
Data-driven mindset, with experience using insights to inform decisions and improve performance
Strong understanding of regional cultural nuances and audience behaviours
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Currently based in the Middle East region (UAE preferred; Saudi Arabia or Qatar also considered)
Able to work with partial overlap with UK business hours and collaborate closely with the UK-based team
