About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & CRM Executive who can tell our Denatal clinic’s story while keeping our patient pipeline full. You won’t just be posting photos; you will be responsible for the "Patient Journey." This means capturing the perfect "Before & After," engaging with potential patients in the DMs, and using our CRM tools to ensure those leads actually book an appointment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Produce high-quality Reels, TikToks, and posts showcasing our team, office culture, and clinical results (Invisalign, veneers, implants, etc.). CRM & Lead Management: Monitor incoming leads from social media and website forms. Use our CRM/Dental software to track conversions and follow up with "lost" leads. Patient Communication: Manage automated email/SMS marketing campaigns for appointment reminders, seasonal specials (e.g., Teeth Whitening), and oral health education. Reputation Management: Proactively gather patient reviews and manage our reputation on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Performance Tracking: Report monthly on key metrics like New Patient Acquisition Cost and Social Media ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and familiarity with Dental Software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or RevenueWell) is a plus.
Creative Suite: Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Rush for quick, high-impact video editing.
Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills—you can be clinical and authoritative one minute, and fun and relatable the next.
Professionalism: Ability to interact comfortably with patients in the office to capture testimonials and content.
