Roles & Responsibilities

Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club is looking for a hands-on and operationally driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support and execute the Club’s day-to-day marketing activities across digital platforms, member communications, social media, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.


This role is ideal for someone creative, energetic, commercially minded, and passionate about hospitality, lifestyle, and guest experience.


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication initiatives aligned with Club objectives and commercial targets

  • Maintain and protect the Club’s brand standards, identity, and communication quality across all marketing channels

  • Support member engagement, guest acquisition, retention, and overall Club visibility initiatives

  • Support revenue generation through marketing of golf, membership, dining, leisure, events, and Club experiences

  • Coordinate membership campaigns, partnerships, lead generation, and promotional activities

  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website content, email marketing, CRM/member communications, and online campaigns

  • Coordinate content planning, photography, creative assets, campaign schedules, and promotional materials

  • Monitor campaign performance, digital engagement, analytics, and commercial effectiveness

  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, designers, photographers, and media partners to ensure timely and professional delivery of marketing activities

  • Maintain marketing records, campaign reporting, promotional schedules, and operational documentation in line with Club standards

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through awareness of hospitality, digital marketing, and member engagement trends

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, communications, membership sales, or commercial marketing roles within hospitality, leisure, golf, luxury lifestyle, restaurant, or club environments

  • Arabic and English speaking preferred

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, email marketing, social media, CRM/member communications, and database engagement

  • Hands-on approach with the ability to personally execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities directly

  • Experience managing content, digital communications, social media platforms, and promotional initiatives

  • Strong understanding of branding, campaign analytics, digital engagement, and content coordination

  • Commercially minded with focus on supporting revenue generation and business growth

  • Strong communication, organization, creative, and operational skills

  • Experience managing agencies, suppliers, photographers, and external partners preferred

  • Experience operating within multicultural hospitality or luxury club environments preferred

  • Proactive, energetic, creative, and operationally strong mindset

  • Relevant marketing, communications, or business qualifications preferred
