§ Map and evaluate current-state end-to-end HCM processes covering Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Time and Attendance and others, identify gaps and control weaknesses, and design optimized future-state workflows § Lead the implementation and continuous optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, ORC, Learning) aligned with workforce strategy. § Conduct stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering, as-is process documentation, gap analysis, and to-be process design across all HR functions within the Group. § Develop and maintain HCM process documentation including BRDs, SOPs, HR policy frameworks, data flow diagrams, and RACI matrices. § Partner with HR leadership, IT teams, and Oracle implementation partners to deliver seamless integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and payroll, time-tracking, and finance systems. § Design and deploy HR analytics dashboards and workforce intelligence reports to support strategic HR decisions on various KPIs. § Drive automation of HR workflows including leave management, payroll processing, performance appraisals, and employee onboarding/offboarding using Oracle tools and RPA solutions.
§ Lead UAT, data migration, parallel payroll runs, cutover planning, and post-go-live support for HCM digital transformation projects. § Drive change management, develop training materials, and build HR user capability to ensure high adoption of digital HCM tools across all business units.
