Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Business Process Consultant – HCM spearheads the transformation of Human Capital Management processes across Mawarid Holdings LLC. The role is central to implementing, optimizing, and innovating HR digital solutions including Oracle Fusion HCM, enabling the organization to attract, develop, and retain talent while achieving operational efficiency in compliance with UAE Labor Law and Emiratization mandates.

  • § Map and evaluate current-state end-to-end HCM processes covering Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Time and Attendance and others, identify gaps and control weaknesses, and design optimized future-state workflows § Lead the implementation and continuous optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, ORC, Learning) aligned with workforce strategy. § Conduct stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering, as-is process documentation, gap analysis, and to-be process design across all HR functions within the Group. § Develop and maintain HCM process documentation including BRDs, SOPs, HR policy frameworks, data flow diagrams, and RACI matrices. § Partner with HR leadership, IT teams, and Oracle implementation partners to deliver seamless integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and payroll, time-tracking, and finance systems. § Design and deploy HR analytics dashboards and workforce intelligence reports to support strategic HR decisions on various KPIs. § Drive automation of HR workflows including leave management, payroll processing, performance appraisals, and employee onboarding/offboarding using Oracle tools and RPA solutions.

    § Lead UAT, data migration, parallel payroll runs, cutover planning, and post-go-live support for HCM digital transformation projects. § Drive change management, develop training materials, and build HR user capability to ensure high adoption of digital HCM tools across all business units.

  • § HCM Process Redesign: Digitally transformed HR processes implemented across the Group. § Oracle Fusion HCM: Successful deployment of all HCM and Payroll modules with high adoption rates. § Workforce Analytics: HR dashboards § Change Management: Effective training and change adoption across all business units.

  • Internal: HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and senior management. External: Oracle implementation partners, vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • § Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration is mandatory. § 3–5 years of experience in HR business process roles § Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.

  • § Demonstrated experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. § Experience in HR workflow automation using Oracle tools or RPA platforms (Advantage). § Demonstrated experience in stakeholder workshops, gap analysis, and HR business requirements documentation. § Track record in change management, HR user training, and driving HCM system adoption across large organizations.

  • Language Spoken: English (Arabic is highly valued) Language Written: English · Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM and deep HR process expertise. · Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS compliance . · Knowledge in HR analytics tools orPower BI. · Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. · Strong communication skills; ability to engage HR leadership
