Position Overview The Junior Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon will support senior surgeons in providing comprehensive oral and maxillofacial care.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career surgeons to develop their surgical skills and clinical knowledge within a dynamic private healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial conditions.
Support senior surgeons in performing a variety of surgical procedures including extractions, implants, and minor reconstructive surgeries.
Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care under supervision.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver integrated patient care.
Engage in continuous professional development and training activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and ethical standards in all clinical practices.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical or dental degree with specialization or training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Valid medical and/or dental license to practice in a private healthcare setting.
Prior experience or training in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures is preferred.
Strong willingness to learn and develop surgical competencies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
