We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our expert medical team.
In this role, you will provide specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgeries, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort through precise anesthesia management.
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive preoperative evaluations and risk assessments of cardiac patients Formulate and execute individualized anesthesia plans tailored to cardiac surgical procedures Administer anesthesia and closely monitor hemodynamic and respiratory status during surgeries Utilize advanced monitoring equipment such as transesophageal echocardiography and arterial lines Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Manage intraoperative complications and provide timely interventions Oversee postoperative anesthesia care, including pain management and recovery monitoring Stay current with evolving cardiac anesthesia techniques and best practices Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Our team will provide complete assistance throughout the process, including: * Licensing guidance and application support * Credential verification, DataFlow, and documentation assistance * Guidance for exam scheduling and registration procedures * Relocation support across the Middle East * Smooth onboarding coordination with the clinic / hospital * Dedicated support until all joining formalities are completed Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of Anesthesiology residency training Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred Valid and unrestricted medical license At least 3 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia practice Proficiency in advanced monitoring and anesthesia techniques specific to cardiac surgery Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient care excellence
