SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist - Hand Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team.
In this role, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions, aiming to restore function and improve quality of life.
As a Hand Surgeon, you will manage a variety of cases including trauma, congenital anomalies, degenerative diseases, and nerve injuries.
Your surgical expertise and patient-centered approach will be integral to delivering exceptional care and positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical options.
Perform specialized hand surgeries such as tendon repairs, joint reconstructions, and microsurgery.
Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care ensuring comprehensive patient management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists and occupational therapists.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and rehabilitation processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
Stay updated with advances in hand surgery techniques and emerging technologies.
Adhere to ethical practices and uphold the highest standards of patient safety.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).

Medical degree with valid and unrestricted medical license.
Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, or relevant specialty.
Fellowship training or specialized certification in Hand Surgery is highly preferred.
Proven experience in diagnosing and performing surgical treatments for hand and upper extremity conditions.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the hand and upper extremity.
Excellent surgical skills with proficiency in microsurgical techniques.
Effective communication skills and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current in the field.
Capability to work efficiently under pressure in clinical settings.
