This role is ideal for an accomplished pain medicine physician committed to providing exceptional care and improving quality of life for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions.
As a Senior Consultant in Pain Medicine, you will lead the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex pain disorders, utilizing multidisciplinary approaches and advanced pain management techniques.
You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals across various specialties to deliver comprehensive pain care services.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain.
Develop and implement individualized pain management plans employing pharmacologic and interventional treatments.
Perform advanced pain interventions, including nerve blocks, injections, and other procedures.
Lead and mentor junior medical staff and contribute to their professional development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiology, neurology, oncology, and rehabilitation services.
Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives focused on pain management.
Ensure meticulous documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional protocols.
