Position Summary The Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will provide advanced surgical expertise in diagnosing and treating complex oral and maxillofacial conditions within the private healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
Carry out advanced oral surgical procedures including dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, corrective jaw surgeries, and pathology management.
Ensure effective postoperative care and follow-up to optimize patient recovery and satisfaction.
Collaborate with a team of dental specialists and healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient management.
Maintain compliance with health regulations and standards prevalent in the private healthcare environment.
Stay abreast of innovations and advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Qualification: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Valid licensure and board certification to practice in the private healthcare sector.
Proven experience in performing complex oral and dental surgical procedures within a private healthcare setting.
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
