Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Land Surveyor conducts precise land surveys for roads projects, establishing alignments, grading, and boundary points critical for road design and construction. They ensure accurate positioning of road corridors, intersections, and features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform topographical and cadastral surveys along proposed road routes.
- Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and alignments for road alignment.
- Provide survey data for grading, earthworks, and pavement layers.
- Monitor construction staking to ensure roads are built according to design plans.
- Conduct as-built surveys at various project stages for record-keeping and certification.
- Ensure safety and compliance during all survey activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in land surveying.
