KEN International is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with strong UAE high-rise project experience to join our growing team.
The candidate will lead site supervision, technical coordination, construction monitoring, and stakeholder management for high-profile projects in the UAE.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering• Minimum 14 years of experience• Strong UAE experience in high-rise residential/mixed-use developments• Experience in construction supervision and project delivery• Strong technical coordination and reporting skills• Experience dealing with authorities, consultants, and contractors• Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals• Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:• Manage and supervise site activities• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities• Review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and method statements• Prepare progress reports and technical assessments• Ensure project execution aligns with contractual and technical requirements
