Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, for the position of Head of Sales. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts in the salon industry. This is a senior role where you will build and manage our sales team, grow our salon client base, and strengthen relationships with existing salon partners. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the professional beauty market and knows how to sell to salon owners, managers, and beauty professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales targets
- Build, lead, and coach the sales team to consistently hit their goals
- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for the salon market
- Manage and grow relationships with key salon and beauty center accounts
- Identify and convert new salon clients through field visits and networking
- Organize product demos, salon training sessions, and beauty workshops
- Monitor sales performance and report results to the General Manager
- Stay current on beauty industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing to align promotions with salon client needs
- Represent the company at beauty trade shows and industry events

Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in cosmetics, beauty supplies, or personal care
- Good understanding of the professional salon industry
- Experience managing or building a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a growing company
- Passion for the beauty industry and professional cosmetics
- Arabic speaker and fluent in English
